There is a fact that the ruler of Dubai went to Disney Land and made an appeal to its owner to build a Bigger Disney Land in Dubai.
But the owner of Disney Land refused, so the ruler of Dubai started to build a Dubai Land which is 2.5 x bigger than Disney Land with an estimated value of 200,000 visitors visiting everyday.

There are many futuristic developments yet to come in Dubai.
In an announcement the Ruler of Dubai said that till 2030, 25% of buildings will be constructed by 3D Printing.

Also, R.T.A (Road And Transport Authority) has announced that they are working on a Passenger Drone (🛸) which can carry people and fly at a speed of 150 km/hr. It has a range of 50 km. i.e. it can fly within a radius of 50 km.

So, just imagine how cool it will be ??? I mean, literally you will be able to travel around in a drone at a high speed.

1. Dubai Canal Project

2. Dubai Hyper-loop Train

Actually, it is a vacuum tube in which you can travel from Dubai to Abu-Dhabi (capital of U.A.E) in just 12 min. with a capacity of 10,000 passengers at a time.

3. Smart Police Stations (S.P.S)

After hearing this Title you must be thinking that how are Police Stations " Smart " ?🤔 So, answer to this is that there are no Policemen in the Police Station. And that's what makes them smart.
If you want to complain, register or write an F.I.R you have smart screen displays, where you can go by yourself and give the information.
However, there are some Policemen with best facilities ever.

You must know that the Dubai Police is the World's Richest Police.
